Ebony has been with Guardian Group for two years. Over that period, she has built a highly skilled team of Data Scientists and Data & Business Analysts who are developing innovative solutions and data-driven capabilities for the Business Units across the Caribbean. Prior to this Ebony managed the development of analytics solutions for Henry Schein in New York. She attained an MBA and a MS Project Management from George Washington University, DC, in 2015. Her transition to the analytics space was preceded by six years in Actuarial Retirement Consulting for Willis Towers Watson in Washington, DC. Beyond her work aspirations, Ebony enjoys traveling the world and staying active through a mix of CrossFit and hiking.
