Edward Inglefield is co-founder of healthcare-tech company medl. A former chef, Edward has successfully started baking company: “The Brown Bag Baking Company”, condiments company “Crate Foods” and a catering company. He started one of the first vegan restaurants in the Caribbean, Barefoot Bistro, in 2013. Edward has worked for a Caribbean advertising company, Touchpoint, on tech solutions for advertising; marketing at Caribbean brewer Carib, and as an apprentice at Mercedes-Benz. He has co-directed a documentary feature on permaculture: “A Quiet Revolution”, which won the keynote award in the Trinidad & Tobago Green Screen film festival; has been featured in print, television and presented on nutrition and wellness at the University of the West Indies.
